About the Founder

Bubu Bloom was founded by Areen Khalid, a mother of 2 who believes that what touches our skin matters—especially during pregnancy, postpartum, and early childhood. As a mom, Areen found herself seeking skincare that felt truly safe, nourishing, and trustworthy, without unnecessary ingredients or exaggerated claims. When she couldn’t find products that aligned with those values, she began creating her own.

Drawing inspiration from traditional practices, family, and the rhythms of motherhood, Areen focuses on slow formulation, careful ingredient selection, and transparency at every step. Each product is crafted with sensitivity and intention, designed to support skin through real life—babyhood, motherhood, and beyond.

Every Bubu Bloom product is made in small batches with care and attention to detail. Natural variations in color and texture are expected and celebrated, reflecting the real, whole ingredients used in every jar.

Bubu Bloom is more than skincare. It is a return to nourishment, patience, and mindful creation.

Our Rendering & Infusion Method

Our beef suet is locally sourced in the DFW area and processed according to zabiha halal standards. It is wet-rendered once and dry-rendered twice at temperatures never exceeding 220°F, then infused at 160 F with whole botanicals for 12+ hours . This slow, controlled process preserves purity, stability, and skin compatibility in every batch.
